Your Customised Care Plan
Our practice understands that no two practice members are the same. While they initially undergo intensive care, with appointments scheduled two to three times per week, the frequency and duration of care will differ based on your individualised care plan.
Throughout your journey with us, we will utilise state-of-the-art assessment tools, including INSiGHT® scanning, to monitor your progress and tailor your care plan accordingly. As your condition improves, you will gradually transition into a wellness plan, requiring fewer visits to maintain optimal well-being.
