Preparing for Your First Visit
We streamline our intake process by asking that new practice members preemptively fill out our online questionnaire. This will ensure a seamless check-in and allow Dr. Rennicks to review your health history before your appointment. We also recommend wearing comfortable attire, ideally shorts and a T-shirt, to accommodate our assessment process.
Your Introductory Appointment
Your introductory appointment will consist of your initial consultation and comprehensive assessment. During your initial consultation, Dr. Rennicks will consider your health history while listening to your current concerns and wellness goals. He will then conduct a thorough, non-invasive physical examination to gain deeper insight into your condition.
Each physical examination will begin with a digital postural assessment and INSiGHT® scanning, followed by a spinal examination and orthopaedic neurological testing. This information will help Dr. Rennicks locate the underlying source of your complaints and design a plan of care accordingly.
Your Report of Findings
Your second appointment will be your report of findings. At this time, Dr. Rennicks will review your previous assessment results. He will review your scans and recommend a care plan tailored to you, including frequency and duration of care.
Dr. Rennicks will discuss upcoming fees and payment options at the end of your report of findings. This appointment typically takes 15 minutes to complete.
Accepted Payment Methods
Our practice strives to make natural health care accessible to all. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards for your convenience. Most patients have health insurance coverage, but they pay us directly and we provide an insurance receipt for them to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
